Ready. Set. Go!!! The gate is now officially open! Publisher Joymax has just officially launched their newest title Silkroad-R, a revised version of the classic Silkroad Online. The later is still on its service and is concurrently on live with Silkroad-R. The new title will feature its own accounts and servers and will also embrace the free-to-play model. To mark and celebrate its successful launch, the publisher is hosting a number of events and promotions that will run until February 7, 2012. As for the lined series of events, players can start to join the race for a chance to win Amazon Credit Cards if they'll be able to reach level 30, 50, or 70.

They can also receive some in-game items starting at level 3 and will be available every 4-6 levels. They can also join in the pursuit of reaching level 80 as the first 100 players to hit the level will win special Seals to upgrade their armors and weapons. Players can also take part on creative contests and win the much desired Hanbok Avatar Set along with Magic Lamp Cleaner. Lastly, improved items are now also available in the cash shop.
